Individual coaching sessions

In just one session you can expect to find clarity and answers for a simple and not too deep of an issue, like an everyday life situation that came up and you need to stop and reflect to get to the root of the issue and find a way out an into a better place. You are welcome to start with individual sessions and then move into a package.

1:1 Coaching Packages

With coaching packages we will be addressing longer-term journeys, deeper issues that need deeper intervention to get you to the bottom and out on the other side.

We will also address the design of the future you want in different areas of your life. Together, we’ll build out your roadmap from numb normal to the life you love. We will go through what is holding you back so that you start discovering new ways of looking at situations, new ways of being, and new possible courses of action. 6-week, 3-month, and custom. packages available.

All packages include worksheets to do personal work and reflection to aid in the process being addressed and communication in between sessions for follow up and accountability.
